In January 2024, we were commissioned by the event organizers and their collaborating art team to manufacture a series of large-scale eco-friendly inflatable installations “Spoonbill Family” — for the Operation Guardian Spoonbill · Global Public Welfare Art Exhibition held at the Carbon Neutral Theme Park, Yuexiu Park, Guangzhou.

The public art project called for greater awareness of the critically endangered spoon-billed sandpiper, known as the “panda among birds.” By combining art and social engagement, the exhibition advocated for biodiversity conservation and the creation of safe wintering habitats for spoonbills in southern China.

The inflatable artworks were themed around “biodiversity” and “spring blessings,” symbolizing harmony between humans and nature. We were honored to contribute to this meaningful initiative, using art as a medium to promote environmental awareness.
